Executive Director Bobbye Mills is a current Executive Director for Positive Actions Inc. A proud graduate of Alto High School,Class of 1968,she went onto earn a Bachelor of Science in Business from Southern University at Baton Rouge La. with professionalbackground in the RealEstate Industry,she worked for Summit Properties-Bjmills.for 25 years,then returned to school and earned a Masters in Community Development from Prairie View A&M University.She is currently the Broker of Record for Bobbye Joyner-Mills Inc. dba Summit Properties-bjmills Beyond her professionalachievements, Bobbye Mills is deeply rooted in the Houston Community, where she resides with Melvyn.Together,they have 3 children, 7 grandchildren,and 13 greatgrandchildren.Bobbye Mills has passionately advocated for Healthy Communities and remains dedicated to givingbackto the community through volunteeringmytime,talents and treasures to make a difference.

Terry Branch

Board of Director Terry Branch serves on the Board of Director for Positive Actions Inc. where he works to support the organization's mission of uplifting underserved communities, navigating life's twist and turns, Terry earned his GED at age 16. He is the father of four children with his spouse Briattany and he is very active in their lives. Beyond his professional achievements Terry is a CODA (Child of Deaf Adult) and works within the Houston Deaf Community, where he is an interpreter at Purple VRS to provide better communication for the deaf community. Terry resides in Houston but would prefer the quietness of the country life Terry has been a passionate advocate for the Deaf Community and remains dedicated to giving back to the community through education and essential resources.

Tamekia Moten

Secretary/Director Tamekia Moten is the current Secretary/Director of Positive Actions Inc. A proud graduate of Carroll High School, Class of 2003,Tamekia went onto earn a BS degree in AccountingandMaster of Arts in Teachingfrom Grambling State University. With over 15 years of experience in financial services industry, over 5 years in administration and a certified teacher in Elementary Education in Louisiana, I currently serve as an Administrator/Business Manager at New Vision Learning Academy. Tamekia isdeeply rooted in Monroe Louisiana whereas she resides with her family. Her loving family includes her mother, two siblings, and two beautiful children. She is currently involved in serval organizations and continues to contributethrough her leadershipand dedication to her community and surrounding areas.
